  • Refunds are initiated after returned items are received at our warehouse and successfully pass the quality check process.
  • Only eligible returns that meet our return policy criteria qualify for a refund.
Refund Timeline:
  • Refunds are initiated within 5 days of the returned item passing quality inspection at our warehouse.
  • Once initiated, the refund is typically credited to your account within 3–5 business days.
Mode of Refund:
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI.
  • Our support team will contact you to collect the required refund details for COD orders.
Non-Refundable Cases:
  • Orders cancelled at the time of delivery.
  • Orders with 3 or more failed delivery attempts by the courier partner.
  • Embroidered or personalized products, as these are custom-made items.
  • Products that do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.
