Refund Policy:
- Refunds are initiated after returned items are received at our warehouse and successfully pass the quality check process.
- Only eligible returns that meet our return policy criteria qualify for a refund.
- Refunds are initiated within 5 days of the returned item passing quality inspection at our warehouse.
- Once initiated, the refund is typically credited to your account within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI.
- Our support team will contact you to collect the required refund details for COD orders.
- Orders cancelled at the time of delivery.
- Orders with 3 or more failed delivery attempts by the courier partner.
- Embroidered or personalized products, as these are custom-made items.
- Products that do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.
