Dispatch Timelines
- Non-embroidered orders: Dispatched within 2–3 business days.
- Embroidered orders: Dispatched within 7 business days.
Delivery
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location.
- A tracking link will be shared on WhatsApp / Email once your order is shipped.
- Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to your location and our logistics partners. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier company but will assist you in tracking your shipment.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD may not be available at all pin codes, as it depends on our shipping partner's serviceability. If COD is unavailable at your address, it will not appear as a payment option at checkout.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 4 hours of placing an order. Once an order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
We are unable to process a refund if an order is cancelled at the doorstep or if there have been 3 failed delivery attempts by our delivery partner.
Undelivered Orders
- One free reshipping is available for undelivered orders (embroidered and non-embroidered) — applicable for one scrub set or lab coat.
- Subsequent reshipping or additional items will be charged at ₹300 per scrub set / lab coat. Additional charges may apply for multiple-item orders.
- Embroidered orders cannot be cancelled after a failed delivery as they have been personalised. We will coordinate redelivery once the item returns to our warehouse.
Out of Stock
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will reach out to offer alternatives or issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. COD orders for out-of-stock items will be cancelled.
Unserviceable Areas
If your address is in an area not covered by our shipping partners, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery solution.
