Eligible for Return / Exchange:
- Product is unused and in original condition.
- Original packaging and tags are intact.
- Return or exchange is requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Product value is above ₹1,500.
- Product has been washed or worn.
- Product tags or original packaging are missing.
- Return or exchange is raised beyond 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Scrub sets or lab coats with embroidery, including sets where only the top carries embroidery. The complete set (top and bottom) is excluded.
- Scrub caps.
- Products purchased during a sale are not returnable. Exchanges are accepted for non-embroidered orders only.
- First size exchange: free of charge.
- Second exchange onwards: ₹250 per request.
- Multiple scrub set or lab coat exchanges: ₹250 per scrub set / lab coat.
- The exchange is initiated after the original item has been received at our warehouse and cleared QC.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you will be asked to self-ship the product.
- Warehouse address will be shared on request.
- For self-shipped returns, products lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the sender.
- We recommend using a reliable courier such as Blue Dart or Delhivery.
- Once the item is picked up, it is shipped to our warehouse.
- Refunds are initiated within 5 days of the returned item being received and cleared at our warehouse.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, please self-ship via a reliable courier.
- Warehouse address will be provided on request.
